Jace and Clary’s story to conclude with City of Heavenly Fire on March 1, 2014

Posted on Updated on

One part of The Shadowhunters Chronicles, The Infernal Devices, has come to an epic conclusion with Clockwork Princess. The book is a really explanatory connecting point between the TID and TMI, so you should read it as soon as you can!

Along with that, the official Shadowhunters App revealed that the final book in the six books series, The Mortal Instruments, titled City of Heavenely Fire, will hit shelves on March 1, 2014.

Along with these two parts concluding, we also have the first book, Lady Midnight, in The Dark Artifices, the sequel trilogy, coming out in March 2015.

Our beloved Jace and Clary have a lot in store for themselves in the final book, and given the interesting revelations in Clockwork Princess, we can’t wait to see how Jace handles the Heavenly Fire!

Cassandra Clare shares Clary and Jace Tarot Card

Posted on Updated on

Fans of the Shadowhunters Chronicles will be familiar with author Cassandra Clare sharing Tarot cards on her Tumblr. These Tarot cards are drawn by artist Cassandra Jean.

Yesterday, Clare shared The Mortal Instruments‘s main couple, Jace and Clary’s tarot card. Check it out below:

Well, I can’t always say “ask and ye shall receive” because some cards from CJ’s Shadowhunter Tarot don’t exist. This one does, though! Clary and Jace in the scene from City of Glass where they sleep in the same bed but don’t touch except for their hands. The Eight of Wands/Steles, which can mean headlong progression. I liked it because I felt like this was the moment in which they fell in love, that there was no going back from.

Isn’t this a lovely insight at Clace? What do you think?
